THE TERMS
EMAIL
Please add info@LakeChelanWinery.com to your safe list so you’re able to receive details about your upcoming wine releases, member-only specials, and winery events throughout the year. We’d hate to end up in your junk mail.
BILLING
We will debit your credit card on or around the 1st of the release month. Occasionally, due to holidays or shipping concerns, we might process the
wine clubs earlier. Billing notifications will arrive in your email.
SHIPPING
All shipments require an adult signature (over 21 years of age). Shipping to a business address is the most efficient method. Please keep your shipping address current to avoid delivery delays or having your wine returned to the winery. Due to the fragile nature of wine, our shipment schedule is designed to avoid extreme weather conditions (ideally between 20-75 degrees).
PICKUP
The wines in each release are available (though not guaranteed) for 60 days after the wine club release date. If you pick up your shipment after 60 days and a wine that was included in your release is no longer available, you’ll be able to exchange to a wine we have on hand. We’re happy to ship upon request if you know you won’t be able to pick up your wine within 60 days.
ONLINE ACCOUNT
Each membership has a secure online account where you can update your billing and shipping information, preview wine club releases, view your orders, and register for events. Visit lakechelanwinery.com and click on “Shop Now”, then “Sign In”.
FLEXIBILITY
Our team carefully selects the wines for each wine club release, however, if you’d like to exchange the wines (at pick-up or prior to the billing date) we’re happy to guide you to the wines you would enjoy the most.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your Membership after one year of releases (five in Winemakers, two in Caliente, three in Vintage). You must submit your request by the 15th of the month to be effective before the next release and need to include your name and the reason for the cancellation. Please email info@lakechelanwinery.com for any changes to membership. Wine that is not picked up after cancellation will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your purchase let us know within 30 days and we will make an exchange.
EXCLUSIVE RED BLEND
Our Exclusive Red Blend is crafted with our Wine Club Members in mind. Due to its limited production, each membership is allotted two bottles. White & Sweet Wine Club Members will not automatically receive this red blend but may request it during the release period.
